Carol Vorderman leads stars at Pride of Britain as awards mark huge anniversary

Carol Vorderman and Ashley Banjo are back hosting the Pride of Britain Awards, the annual ceremony celebrating the country’s most heroic people who have done amazing things in 2024.

Carol, 63, has hosted the award show since its inception in 1999, with Ashley, 36, joining her as co-host in 2021.

Daytime TV stars Kate Garraway, Susanna Reid, and Cat Deeley were also in attendance, while Zara McDermott and Frankie Bridge pulled out the stops in glamorous gowns.

The ceremony will also include an appearance from Queen Camilla as she presents the founders of a domestic abuse charity with an award in recognition of their work over the past decade.

The Pride of Britain Awards will air on ITV on Thursday, October 24, at 8pm.
