Finalist: Aubrey Allen, Leamington Spa

Customers also have a view through to its butchery preparation area allowing its customers to see the craft skills of its full-time butchers on display. Behind the scenes is the shop’s bakery where it makes thousands of pies, sausage rolls and quiches each week.

Finalist: K&J Green Butchers, Chorley
