With summer in full swing, many Brits are eyeing up a last-minute getaway – but a number of countries are deemed unsafe by the UK government with travel firmly discouraged.
Due to a mixture of conflict and and broader security concerns, the Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) has a number of nations on its no-travel list.

For other nations, all but essential travel is advised, meaning it’s definitely not a good holiday option.
