Tennis stars Emma Raducanu and Carlos Alcaraz sparked social media buzz after being photographed together at the Billie Jean King Cup finals in Malaga.
The pair crossed paths at the tournament where Raducanu is representing Great Britain, having already helped her team secure victories against Germany and Canada.
The encounter occurred during Raducanu’s downtime at the event, with photographs capturing world number three Alcaraz observing the British player practising.
The images quickly circulated on social media, reigniting fan discussions about previous dating rumours that had surfaced earlier this year.
Social media reactions to the photos were swift and playful, with fans making references to the pair’s rumoured connection.
“Better love story than Twilight,” wrote one fan in response to the images.

Another social media user commented: “They would make such a cute couple.”
The photographs showed the Spanish tennis star smiling as he watched Raducanu throwing a ball during practice, before he was seen heading into a building.
The interaction came during a break in tournament action, where Raducanu has been instrumental in Great Britain’s successful run at the competition.
The social media reactions follow earlier speculation about the pair, which emerged during this year’s Wimbledon championships.
Raducanu was spotted watching Alcaraz’s victory in the Wimbledon final in July, prompting dating rumours which the Spanish star later dismissed.
When asked about Raducanu’s presence at the match, Alcaraz explained: “I don’t know, I don’t know. I think a lot of people came to see the final.”
“I think Novak and I always put on a good game, a show on the court. I think it is a beautiful game to watch,” he added.
“And she is from here, so I imagine that she wanted to come and see it.”
Both players have been active in recent tournaments, with Alcaraz coming off a challenging ATP Finals campaign in Turin.
