What would be your favourite type of Showstopper to bake?: “Oooo I would make a dessert selection with meringue at the centre, so Eton Mess, pavlova, different meringue shapes and styles with all the toppings.”
How did it feel entering the famous tent for the first time?: “Totally surreal! I couldn’t believe I was actually there, I still can’t. Having my own workbench in the famous white tent will forever be one of my favourite memories.”
