Occupation: Palliative care assistant
Baking strengths and weaknesses: “Haha there is not much strength in my baking…. I am sure they chose me by mistake haha… but I think generally in my life my strength is my joy… joy of life and I take everything In my life as it comes and turn it to something positive. So if a cake goes wrong I will improvise and always fix it somehow. Buttercream is a great invention! My weakness is decorations and finesse… I have never been very good in those areas.”
What would be your favourite type of Showstopper to bake?: “Hmmm now you make me think, well I always freestyle everything.”
How did it feel entering the famous tent for the first time?: “It was like in a dream… I never would think in my whole life that one day it would be me who walked down the pathway to the bench… I’m living in England for 19 years now, and I never miss one GBBO it is our family show. And now I will be part of this show, I cannot believe this has happened to me!”
