There are 17 gold medals up for grabs on day five at the 2024 Olympic Games. We look at where those medals will be won and which Brits will be in action on Wednesday.

The women’s triathlon will have a lot of eyes on Wednesday with Team GB represented by Beth Potter, Georgia Taylor-Brown and Kate Waugh at 7am.
Potter is the reigning world champion, while Taylor-Brown was an individual silver medallist and mixed relay team gold medallist at the Tokyo Games.
The race will be followed by the men’s triathlon at 9.45am, which was postponed due to the concerns surrounding the water quality in the River Seine.
Team GB’s Alex Yee, who will be looking to go one better than his silver in Tokyo, and will be joined by Olympic debutant Sam Dickinson. If Wednesday’s triathlon is also suspended, the reserve day for both events is Friday.
Lois Toulson and Andrea Spendolini-Sirieix will then go in the women’s synchronised 10m platform final at 10am before Tom Barras, Callum Dixon, Matt Haywood and Graeme Thomas compete in the Men’s Quadruple Sculls, with Lauren Henry, Hannah Scott, Lola Anderson and Georgie Brayshaw in the Women’s Quadruple Sculls.
The races are at 11.26am and 11.38am respectively.
Kieran Reilly will fly the flag for Team GB in the men’s BMX freestyle final at 1.45pm after qualifying in top spot meaning he will get to ride last as he performs as many tricks as he can in 60 seconds.
Mallory Franklin will be aiming to add to Team GB’s haul of canoe slalom medals in tomorrow’s women’s C1 final at 4.25pm.
Jake Jarman and Joe Fraser qualified for the Men’s Artistic Gymnastics all-around final in fifth and sixth respectively, Jarman competing on the vault with Fraser on the parallel bars from 4.30pm.
Elsewhere, judoka Katie-Jemima Yeats-Brown competes in the women’s 70kg.
