The dystopian-looking weapon supplied by UK that Ukraine is using on Putin

Vladimir Putin‘s troops have been forced to return to Russia to curb Ukraine‘s advancing forces, and now Volodymyr Zelensky‘s soldiers have unleashed a new British weapon that may tilt the war in their favour.

The robo-dogs President Zelensky’s war heroes now have at their disposal are able to travel into Russian-occupied territories and wreak havoc, all while being controlled from a remote location.

That means Ukrainian troops can inflict untold damage on Putin’s men, without putting themselves in the firing line.

The dogs are supplied by UK firm Brit Alliance and, according to Ukraine News Live on X, cost up to £6,818 each.

According to German newspaper Bild, Ukraine now has 30 of these devastating robo-dogs – called BAD.2.

The technology is being deployed in the Donbas region of Ukraine, which is in the east of the country.

According to the publication, the robots can penetrate Russian-occupied buildings and trenches. They can be operated from a staggering two miles away.

Although the tech has been supplied by a British firm, they are actually produced in China, according to Forbes.

The Brit Alliance website states: “We already have a wealth of experience in this rapidly developing area, deploying drones in Ukraine and across the globe.”

The technological advantage Ukraine now enjoys could not have emerged at a worse time for Putin, as thousands of his troops were redeployed following the surprise invasion of western Russia by Zelensky’s troops.

The Ukrainian forces started pushing into the Kursk Oblast region, which borders Ukraine‘s Sumy region, on August 6, marking the first foreign invasion of Russia since 1940s.
